A 80 years old male , presented with heart failure, low EF (35%) and severe calcification AS. Mild MR, mild AR. He also had chronic kidney disease and hypothyroidism.
He was refused surgery by the cardiothoracic surgeon.
Along with my team, an aortic valve was implanted in the heart through the upper thigh.
Patient has recovered completely.
